Who we are

We are a private company. We are not a government agency, not affiliated with any government office, and not a law firm. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice.

No guarantee

Amounts shown from public records are potential until verified. Eligibility, ownership and any payment are decided by the holder or government office. We do not guarantee any recovery, amount or timing.

Your right to claim directly

You may be able to claim funds directly from the holding office without using our service, often at no cost.

Portal use

Portal access is personal to you. Do not share sign-in links. Provide only accurate information and documents that you are entitled to share.

Communications

Text messaging is optional and governed by our SMS Terms. Agreeing to these Terms does not sign you up for texts, and texting consent is never required to use our services. If you opt in, Global Asset Recovery sends case-related texts only (no marketing); message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; support 213-845-0808; carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
