Privacy Policy

Last updated September 30, 2026

This policy explains how Global Management Organization LLC, doing business as Global Asset Recovery ("we", "us"), handles personal information.

Information we collect

  • Information you give us: name, email, phone number, messages, identity details and documents you upload to your secure portal.
  • Public-record information: details from official government sources (such as listed owner name, property or record reference and listed amount).
  • Technical information: sign-in events, device and browser data, and security logs.

How we use it

  • To research, verify and prepare your case, and to communicate with you about it.
  • To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • To keep the service secure, prevent fraud, keep required records and comply with law.

How we share it

We share information only as needed to provide the service: with the government office or holder handling your claim, with service providers acting on our behalf (hosting, identity verification, e-signature, secure storage, communications), with licensed professionals when a matter is referred with your agreement, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information.

SMS and mobile information

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third party, except with the service providers that deliver our messages on our behalf. See our SMS Terms.

Security

We use passwordless one-time sign-in links, access controls so each client sees only their own case, private encrypted storage for documents, and audit logs. We do not collect bank account or routing numbers in our portal; any payout linking is handled by a specialised third-party provider. No system is perfectly secure, and we will notify you of a breach as required by law.

Retention

We keep case records and documents for as long as needed to complete your matter and to meet legal, tax and record-keeping obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Inquiries that do not become a case are deleted within a reasonable period.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of messages at any time (reply STOP to texts). Depending on where you live, including California, you may have rights to know, access, correct or delete your personal information. To make a request, contact us below; we will verify your identity first.
